i adored my visit! the standard room queen-size bed wasn't huge, but it had such a unique charm. i appreciated all the smart storage options and the distinctive layout (it felt so intentional!). the staff were super cute, and the lobby had an inviting atmosphere. its location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and public transport is available nearby.

the variety of available tv channels felt somewhat limited (i really wanted to watch a specific show).

this location is great, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bakeries. it is also close to the rhein. the hotel is in a beautiful area of the city (check out haus muller, the restaurant down the street!).

The breakfast offered healthy warm options, so there was enough variety. The breakfast room had a fine design. I found the building well kept. The library seemed special, and I wished I could spend more time there.

The bathroom lacked a shower door, so the water splashed everywhere. I needed extra towels.

The staff was super friendly, and they helped me a lot. One lady in the kitchen kept everything clean, so it was efficient. All the front desk personnel were kind, also they showed patience .

the hotel is in a great location and is near public transportation routes.

the wifi in my room was a joke it just didn't work. i told the front desk but they never fixed it or offered any compensation. the room was also way too small for the price we paid.
